Plot Summary

War breaks out between 2 nations on a terraformed Venus, catching a teenage motorized unicycle team unaware. At the same time, a reporter from Earth is trying to keep up with the team to document the story.

My Thoughts

I'm usually not a fan of war movies, but Venus Wars was just so good that I couldn't refuse it. For an 80s anime movie it is high quality Akira level animation. The story and characters are interesting. It's the typical story of a punk kid who ends up being the hero. If you love tanks, motorcycles and war, Venus Wars is right up your alley!
