Sailor Uranus is one of the outer Sailor Senshi. She is a very serious and bold woman. She always dresses up like a man, making her a tomboy. Haruka excels in sports and has a passion for sports cars. She met Michiru one day through a friend during an athletic event and immediately sensed that there was something special about her. Haruka has a dislike for popular men, as well as men that target Michiru. As such, Haruka is quite protective of Michiru.
In the original Japanese version of the anime, Haruka treats Michiru as her lover. However, in the dub version, Michiru was changed to be Haruka's cousin. Even so, the scenes in the dub of Sailor Moon S were mostly uncut, showing the bits of the two appearing to have a romantic relationship. Haruka is very playful towards Usagi, calling her a bun head, similar to the way Mamoru did in the first season.
Uranus can be good and bad at the same time. She excels at Attack and Speed. She has high HP, too. Her downside is her horrifying defense and average evasion. Putting her out front in battle can cost you her life. Make up for these shortcomings using her favorite Gemstone accessory or other accessories.

Sailor Neptune is another one of the outer Sailor Senshi. She is calm and has a gentle nature. She is a very elegant woman who loves to play the violin. Michiru first met Haruka through a mutual friend during an athletic event at Haruka's school. Michiru immediately felt bound to Haruka, even though Haruka initially turned her away. Michiru became a Sailor Senshi before Haruka and, one day, protected Haruka from a Daimon's attack. This triggered Haruka's “lip rod” to appear, which Haruka used become Sailor Uranus..
Michiru's cousin, in the dub, is Haruka. However, in the original Japanese version of the anime, Haruka is Michiru's lover. Even in the dub version of Sailor Moon S, when most scenes were left uncut, there were suggestive scenes of the two. She is even more devoted to Haruka than Haruka is to her, as she would endure any pain to save her.
It is a good idea to keep Neptune at the back since she has good defense, but a low attack. She's just like Mercury. All her stats are fairly decent except for Attack. I rarely use Neptune as an attacker. I'd rather have her as a healer, but it's up to you.

Known as the Senshi of Destruction, Sailor Saturn was thought to be an abomination by the Outer Senshi - Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. She was once the evil being known as Mistress 9 but was later reverted to her plain self thanks to the efforts of Sailor Moon.
Hotaru was born with the gifted power of healing wounds. Many kids in her school thought she was freaky having this power. As a result, Hotaru had no friends, which was why she thought of herself as a misfit. But things soon changed when Chibi-usa came along and befriended Hotaru. The two quickly became the best of friends and Hotaru always enjoys her time with Chibi-usa. Her father is the evil lab scientist, Dr. Tomoe.
Sailor Saturn is one of my favorite characters in the game! At first, she's a fairly weak character who has very low stats (except for defense). But when you equip her with items like Destructive Tiara and Amulet, Saturn shows us all why exactly she's called the Senshi of Destruction! Make sure you fix up her horrible HP using accessories like Destructive Tiara and Saturn will be fit for combat.

The oldest Senshi, Sailor Pluto is known as the guardian of time. Not much is known about her. Pluto was appointed as the guardian of time by Queen Serenity. As a result, she could never leave the Time-Space door that she took an oath to guard.
Setsuna later appeared on Earth one day as a college student and joined Haruka and Michiru in their fight against Dr. Tomoe and the Death Busters. She also helped the Inner Senshi on occasion. Pluto is especially close with Chibi-usa, whom she refers to as "Small Lady". She acts as her guardian angel.
All of Pluto's stats are below average. She's not a good attacker, so your best bet is to keep her at the back in battle. Make sure to fix her low stats with her favorite Gemstone accessories and/or other accessories. Her Time Stop technique is VERY useful, as it paralyzes a boss for 2 turns! Yes, although it says three turns, it's actually for two turns. A MUST have in your party, especially against the final boss.
