The original Final Fantasy Legend 3 released for Game Boy Classic in North America. This is the third game of the SaGa series. If you're having trouble finding a download for Final Fantasy Legend 3, try my links.
Or, you can buy Collection of SaGa. It was released for Switch, iOS, Android, and PC (Steam). It goes for around $20 US, and often goes on sale. It's only available digitally; it never received a physical release.

SaGa 3 Jikū no Hasha (Japanese)
“SaGa 3 Jikū no Hasha - Shadow or Light” is a Nintendo DS remake of the Game Boy classic Final Fantasy Legend 3. This remake adds fully 3D visuals, visible enemies, expanded story events, and new gameplay systems like Threads of Fate, while keeping the series' signature open-ended character growth and monster evolution mechanics.

SaGa 3 Jikū no Hasha (English)
Although the 3D remake of SaGa 3 for the NDS was only released in Japan, a fan translators known as “Cain” and ”Easton West” took this game under their wing and released a complete English translation in August '13! Thanks to their efforts, this great classic is fully playable in English.
