I'm totally in love with the Saturn version of Albert Odyssey. It's interesting to know that part 1+2 came out for the SNES. It's pretty cool! The battlefields are in a mode 7 overhead view. It's got a Shining Force thing going on with battles taking place in a separate sequence. The battle animations are neato! Anyway, the previous translation group working on Albert Odyssey has officially dropped the project and handed the work they've done over to Yunin No Translators. Currently Yunin No Translators is involved working on their other projects, and they don't even have a page set up for this game yet, so there's no telling

Aretha is so cute! ^_^ The music's style is interesting, it has a slight echo that makes it sound somewhat real. This game loves to take advantage of the SNES's power of transparency effects. It makes several scenes have a delicious amount of colors.

It's kind of like Tactics Ogre, but it's more like a traditional RPG. The graphics are cool. The control of your character in this 3/4 view world is somewhat awkward, it'll take some getting used to.

Think of it as Seiken Densetsu 3, but with less of the cartoony feel and your main character fights automatically like your supporting characters. You get to control how much they involve themselves in battle and spells can only be used by manually accessing a menu during battle. But I could be wrong since I'm just guessing from observations. =P

Enix has done it again! They have made the most original and unique titles for the Super Nintendo! This game has truly amazing graphics and interesting style of gameplay, it's so dark and gothic. The game is in a 3/4 view, the random battles bring you onto a small battlefield. Wow... just look at those graphics! Ah, but screen shots are only half the experience. You'll have to download the game to experience the full extend of Dark Half's amazing wonders.

I never knew Hudson Soft made RPGs, how weird. This game seems a little fruity, but it's actually quite fun (or so I've heard) and the mode 7 world map is nifty. J2e shut down so I guess we can consider their project to be abandoned.

Tis another game besides Star Ocean that runs off of graphics packs (meaning the game uses a special chip to pump out graphics the SNES isn't normally capable of). As expected, the game is indeed awesome and full of gorgeous cartoony graphics. It seems that its greatness might be on par with games Chrono Trigger, FF6, and Tales of Phantasia; but we won't know that until we experience it in English. :) So like, gather up funds to send prostitutes over to houses of the Yunin No Translators people with "We want Far East of Eden" written on their breasts.

Farland Story Game Script Ch. 1-4
Besides better graphics, not much has changed since part 1. And notice the 'special surprise' above. Someone fully translated the script for Farland Story 2. :) But note it's just text files with the actual game script. There isn't an English patch for the game as of yet. Perhaps this script will encourage a ROM hacker to give the patch a go.

This game is like Shining Force on freakin steroids. O_O Even though it's practically done with a whopping 90%, Stealth Translations still has quite a bit of work ahead of them for this project's completion, most particularly because there are many bugs and tons of typos to correct, so much that the current translation is practically illegible. This incomplete patch was released (find it on RomHacking.net).

Now this is one unique strategy/RPG. Instead of moving around individual units, you're moving around whole starship fleets! Once you've moved your fleet, next you command your individual units where to attack. Each unit is designed to attack a specific direction according to their position in the fleet. For example, the ships on the sides are ranged to attack enemies on the sides. The ship in the front and mothership in the center are ranged to attack only ships in the front. The only drawback, which I noticed quickly, is that the battle animations get awfully repetitive. Every ship uses the same attack. Besides being a different color, the enemy ships don't look much different than your ships.

It's an ancient Chinese version of Lufia. The battles are kinda neat! They have a little 3D-ish background image with a circular battlefield. The enemies walk up to you to hit you and vice versa. Btw, there's a sequel, it's Bakumatsu Korinden ONI 2.

This is one of those 3/4 view games like Equinox Solstice and Landstalker. It looks really good! It seems to have Earthbound-like humor. This game's English translation has a long history. Its project was announced many years ago. With long periods of inactivity, it had been bounced around to several groups. Just recently in April '06, the almighty Gideon Zhi announced he's working on it. This game's English future is secure now that it's in his glorious, magical, dependable hands.

Kick ass!! I didn't even know there was a Last Bible 3 - and it's for the SNES so that's even better!!! But... sadly... no one is translating this game. Revelations: The Demon Slayer fans have heard of the Last Bible series, because Revelations is Last Bible part 1 ("Last Bible" is the original Japanese name of the game).

I thought this game would be a Final Fantasy clone. =P Obviously, it's not. >_< It's one of those games like NES Ultima and Emerald Dragon with the typical-RPG random battles taking place on a small battlefield. You move your characters around n' stuff to attack like a strategy/RPG, but it's not necessarily a strategy/RPG. The graphics are super ghetto-fabulous like Final Fantasy 4.
