Q: Game saves?

Did you accidentally delete your saved game in Final Fantasy Legend for Game Boy Classic, or want to skip parts of the game? Whatever the reason, these game saves are here to help.

Q: What are these?

Each zip file includes a SAV file and an SN1 file.

SAV files (also called saved RAM) should work with any Game Boy emulators.
SN1 files are BGB save states. Hence, they will only work with BGB. BGB is a top Game Boy and Game Boy Color emulator on Windows.

Each zip file also includes a ReadMe with details about the save, such as GP, equipment, and inventory.

Q: What about the WSC remake?

Unfortunately, I only have game saves for the original Final Fantasy Legend. I do not have game saves for the Wonderswan Color remake, Makai Toushi SaGa.

Save #1: World 1 Prepared

Party: Four Female Mutants.
Position: In front of the tower in the first world. The party is fully leveled, well-equipped, and ready to conquer the first world with plenty of GP.

Save #2: World 2 Begins

Party: Four Female Mutants.
Position: Just exited the tower into the second world. Explore and find the crystal to continue to the next world.

Save #3: World 2 Completed

Party: Four Female Mutants.
Position: In front of the tower. The second world is complete; enter the tower and use the second orb to continue.

Save #4: World 3 Begins

Party: Four Female Mutants.
Position: In front of the tower. This is the start of the third world, where the mysterious man suggested becoming a guard.

Save #5: World 3 Completed

Party: Four Female Mutants.
Position: In front of the tower. The third world is complete; enter the tower and use the third orb to continue.

Save #6: World 4 Begins

Party: Three Male Humans and one Female Mutant.
Position: In front of the southeast town after exiting the tower. Rescued the girl in the subway, swapped three mutants for male humans, boosted their stats, and equipped everyone with top armor.

Save #7: World 4 - Get Plutonium

Party: Three Male Humans and one Female Mutant.
Position: In front of the southeast town. The “BOARD” is obtained; enter the pub to start the plutonium mission.

Save #8: World 4 - Battle Su-Zaku

Party: Three Male Humans and one Female Mutant.
Position: In front of the skyscraper. Enter and defeat Su-Zaku!

Save #9: World 4 Completed

Party: Three Male Humans and one Female Mutant.
Position: World 4 is complete. Enter the tower and use the fourth orb. Humans have max stats (Strength and Agility 99). Note: Item hacking caused humans to appear as mutants; their weapons may change into mutant abilities.

Save #10: Final Area

Party: Three Male Humans and one Female Mutant.
Position: At the tower entrance in the first world after defeating Ashura. Use the orbs to enter the final stage and reach the final boss. Note: Humans are flagged as mutants; weapon slots may switch to mutant abilities.

Save #11: Final Battle

Party: Three Male Humans and one Female Mutant.
Position: Just north of the orb, ready to battle the final boss!

Save #12: Final Battle (Beefier Version)

Party: One Male Human, one Female Human, one Male Mutant, and one Monster (Susano-o).
Position: Right before the final boss! This save has a stronger party; see the ReadMe for details.
